If for any reason you cannot make it to the reservation, please contact us by email or phone to cancel with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of reservation will be refunded. Refunds will go back to the credit card that was used to make the reservation. Under no circumstance will we refund a different card or use any other form of payment. Reservation “deposits” are refundable up until 30 days prior to the event, after which they will be become non-refundable.
